Where to read about organizers and judging

This page covers dates, venues and broadcasts only. Who runs MAMA, the Golden Disc Awards, the Melon Music Awards and the Seoul Music Awards, what their grand prizes are, and how streaming, sales, judges and fan votes are weighted are covered separately in the explainer "K-pop's year-end awards explained." Two of this year's rule changes are worth knowing alongside the dates: MAMA released its official judging table on Oct. 12, changing Song of the Year to 30% Korean streaming, 30% overseas streaming and 40% judges; and MMA2026's TOP10 is decided by 60% streaming, 20% judging and 20% votes, with voting open Oct. 15–29.

How to read this calendar

Only dates confirmed by organizer press releases or press reports of them are listed, each with its source number below. Events with no date announced as of October 18, 2026 are listed separately at the bottom of the table as "not announced," with last year's date for reference. Last year's date is not a basis for guessing this year's: MMA alone has moved up by more than a month. For MAMA, AAA and the Golden Disc Awards, which are held abroad, local time may differ from Korea time, so it is worth checking the official notices. This page will be updated as new dates are announced.
