Built as a military airfield in the 1950s, it is now a public park. Open 24 hours, free admission, parking available. Seasonal flower fields (sunflowers, verbena, crape myrtle, pink muhly) are planted. The Korea Tourism Organization route "Jecheon: A Place Reborn, Selected by BTS" continues to Uirimji Reservoir and the Cheongpung Cable Car (about 28.3 km).
