ALLDAY PROJECT: agency and members of THEBLACKLABEL's co-ed quintet

THEBLACKLABEL and its tie to YG, the five members' backgrounds, debut releases, chart results and awards — from 15 press and chart sources.

ALLDAY PROJECT (often shortened to "Allday" or 올데프 in Korean) is signed to THEBLACKLABEL, the label run by producer Teddy (Park Hong-jun). Its five members — Annie, Tarzzan, Bailey, Woochan and Youngseo — are three women and two men, and the group debuted on June 23, 2025 with the single album FAMOUS. THEBLACKLABEL began as a label under YG Entertainment, but outside investment has since cut YG's stake to that of a third-largest shareholder as of January 2026.

The press pointed to three reasons for the early attention: it was the first new co-ed idol act in eight years, Teddy was behind it, and several members were already known in other fields. The debut song topped Melon's Top 100, and the group won rookie awards at the Melon Music Awards and the Golden Disc Awards. No lineup change has been reported as of October 2026.

THEBLACKLABEL and YG Entertainment

THEBLACKLABEL was founded in 2016 by Teddy (Park Hong-jun), a former member of the group 1TYM and a YG Entertainment producer. It launched as a label under YG, but after bringing in outside investment YG's stake fell to 14.55%, roughly a third-largest-shareholder position, according to a January 2026 Korea Economic Daily report. Its roster now includes Taeyang, Rosé and actor Park Bo-gum alongside ALLDAY PROJECT.

ALLDAY PROJECT is the label's second group, after the girl group MEOVV. The Korea Herald called it the first co-ed group to debut under Teddy's THEBLACKLABEL.

Debut: June 23, 2025, single album FAMOUS

THEBLACKLABEL opened the group's social media on June 9, 2025, revealing the five members and a June 23 debut date. The debut single album FAMOUS carried double title tracks, "FAMOUS" and "WICKED." The pre-release "ONE MORE TIME" followed on November 17, and the six-track first EP ALLDAY PROJECT, led by "LOOK AT ME," came out on December 8. The second EP, CRASH, arrived on September 28, 2026, nine months later.

Why the co-ed format drew attention

The Korea Herald notes that co-ed groups thrived in the 1990s and early 2000s with acts such as Roo'Ra, Cool, Sharp and Turtles, but at the time of the debut only two co-ed idol groups were still active: Koyote (debuted 1998) and KARD (2017). ALLDAY PROJECT was the first new co-ed act in eight years. In the same article critic Lim Hee-yun argued that fandom built on intense attention to a single idol across social media and short video has favored single-gender groups. THEBLACKLABEL said it planned the group "without bias," like any other team, and not confined to K-pop conventions. Nocut News likewise flagged the rare co-ed lineup as the main point of interest.

  • "FAMOUS" entered the Billboard Global 200 at No. 94, and the group won its first TV music-show trophy within ten days of debut.6

Has the lineup changed?

On Hallyu Wiki, "Tarzzan (rapper)" redirects to the ALLDAY PROJECT page. Tarzzan is a current member, not a former one: his January 2026 solo song "Medusa" was presented as a release by a member of the group. Coverage of the second EP CRASH in September 2026 still lists the same five — Annie, Tarzzan, Bailey, Woochan and Youngseo. The only interruption reported is Annie's short break from group activities in January 2026 to finish university; she graduated in May and is part of the CRASH lineup.
